SALES POLICY

  • Payment terms are Net 30 days on all open accounts.
    We also accept prepayment or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover Card).
  • Sorry, no C.O.D. orders are accepted.
  • $150 minimum order per shipment is required. Quantities must be in full cases. A surcharge of $25.00 will be applied to orders under $150.
  • Prices and case packs are subject to change without notice.
  • All out of stock items are automatically backordered unless otherwise notified.
    Freight is charged on all backorders.
  • New accounts must allow 2-3 week processing time on first orders.

CREDIT POLICY

  • A Kencraft Credit Application must be submitted for credit. Allow 2-3 weeks processing.
    Failure to provide complete information will delay credit processing.
  • Past due accounts must be paid prior to new orders being shipped.
  • A service charge of $25 will be assessed for all returned checks.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • All orders are F.O.B. Utah.
  • Most orders are shipped UPS. UPS charges are prepaid and added to your invoice.
  • Large orders will be shipped via truckline (prepay & add) unless otherwise specified.
  • Cancellations are accepted 72 hours prior to ship date on regular stock items and are subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Freight is charged by weight per carton shipped.
  • An accurate shipping address must be provided or you will be billed for a UPS correction fee.

FREIGHT CLAIMS & RETURN POLICY

  • Please report obvious damage (where shipping cartons are damaged) to the carrier within 24 hours of receipt.
    Retain all original packing materials until claim is resolved.
  • Concealed damage must be reported to Kencraft within 3 days.
  • Do not deduct the cost of damage from your invoice without authorization from Kencraft.
  • Due to wide variations in customer storage and merchandising conditions, Kencraft cannot assume responsibility for damage after delivery.
  • No product should be returned to Kencraft without an approved return merchandise authorization.
  • A 20% restocking fee and freight will be invoiced on all unauthorized returns and refused shipments.

OTHER

  • Most Kencraft products have an indefinite shelf life when stored in a cool, dry place.
  • Lollipals have a 3-6 month shelf life.
  • Most Kencraft products are Kosher certified and bear the Scroll K symbol.
  • Special orders of one design/color per case are available with a surcharge of 10% per case.
  • Custom orders require deposits and minimums. Call for details.
    Custom orders may ship up to 10% under/over requested quantities.
  • Custom and/or Special orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
  • Allow 3-4 week lead-time on all special and custom orders.
  • Seasonal products should be ordered as far in advance as possible.
    Orders are shipped on a first in/first out basis.
  • Destroy all outdated price lists and catalogs. Do Not order from old invoices.
