Credit cards accepted (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover Card).
$150 minimum order per shipment is required. A surcharge of $25.00 will be applied to any shipments under $150.
Prices and case packs are subject to change without notice.
All out of stock items are automatically backordered. Freight is charged on all backorders.
All orders are F.O.B. Utah.
A signed Kencraft Credit Application must be submitted for credit. Allow 2-3 weeks processing. Payment terms are Net 30 days on all open accounts.
A service charge of $25 will be assessed for all returned checks.
All sales are final, NO returns accepted.
Report shipping damages to your freight carrier. Retain all original packing materials until claim is resolved.
Concealed damage must be reported to Kencraft within 3 days.
Do not deduct the cost of damage from your invoice without authorization from Kencraft.
Most Kencraft products are Kosher certified and bear the Scroll K symbol.
Special orders of one design/color per case are available with a surcharge of 20% per case.
